Short answer: If you're running paid ads, the best ClickFunnels alternative is Swipe Pages. It builds pages with AI, audits live ones, and includes checkout with Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay from $39 a month. HighLevel suits agencies that want a CRM and client sub-accounts, Systeme.io is the free option, Kit and GetResponse suit email-led businesses, and Convertri or OptimizePress fit specific setups. Prices checked on September 16, 2026.

ClickFunnels gives you a lot for $97 a month: funnels, checkout, email, courses, a CRM and an AI Funnel Builder in one account. People still look elsewhere, usually for the same four reasons. It starts at $97 even if you don't use half of it. Email sending is billed on top. The entry plan gives you 1 workspace and 2 team members. And if all you need is fast landing pages for ad traffic, you're paying for a course platform to get them.
Here are 9 alternatives, what each costs today, and who each one fits.

The entry price is $97 a month, or $81 if you bill annually, and that covers 1 workspace, 2 team members and 10,000 contacts. Scale is $197, Optimize $297, and Dominate is $5,997 a year.
Email sending costs extra. You pay $0.675 per 1,000 emails on top of the plan, so add it when you compare prices.
Billing complaints. We read 15 critical 2026 reviews on Trustpilot, and 10 of them were about trial charges, charges after canceling or refused refunds.
It's a lot of product. If you only need landing pages and checkout, you're paying for features you'll never open.
Page performance isn't its selling point. When you're paying for traffic, speed on a phone decides your cost per conversion. ClickFunnels focuses on breadth.
ClickFunnels still rates well overall, at 4.6 on G2 from 417 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra from 666. Most people who leave aren't unhappy with it. It just doesn't fit what they do.
We're Swipe Pages and we publish this blog, so we're first on the list. For every other tool, we read its own pricing page, plan limits and recent reviews, and took screenshots on the day, September 15 and 16, 2026.
We only included tools a ClickFunnels customer could move to. That means all-in-one platforms, page builders with checkout, and email platforms that sell digital products. For each we added up the monthly cost with usage fees, checked what happens to your funnels and courses, and looked at what the AI does.
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Checkout included | Free trial or plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Swipe Pages | Paid ads with checkout on the page | $39/mo ($29 annually) | Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay | 14-day trial, no card |
| HighLevel | Agencies that want a CRM and client accounts | $97/mo | Yes, plus usage fees | 14-day trial |
| Systeme.io | Creators on a tight budget | Free, then $17/mo | Yes | Free plan |
| Leadpages | Solo marketers who want AI-drafted pages | $50/mo on its cards | Stripe | 7-day trial, card required |
| Kit | Creators selling to an email list | Free, then $33/mo annually | Yes, for digital products | Free plan |
| GetResponse | Email-first businesses with webinars | $19/mo at 1,000 contacts | Yes, on higher plans | 14-day trial, no card |
| Convertri | Funnels measured in impressions | $99/mo | Cart from $199/mo | 14-day trial |
| OptimizePress | WordPress owners who want to own the stack | $129/yr | Yes, inside WordPress | 14-day money-back guarantee |
| Unbounce | Landing pages for ad campaigns | $29/mo (5 pages, 500 visitors) | No | 14-day trial, no card |
| ClickFunnels, for reference | Course and coaching funnels | $97/mo ($81 annually) | Yes | 14-day trial |

If the parts of ClickFunnels you use are the page and the checkout, Swipe Pages does that job for less than half the price, and the pages load faster on a phone. Here's what you get.
Checkout from the entry plan. You get Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay, with order bumps and upsells, on the $39 plan. You don't need a $97 one.
An AI Builder that produces the page. Describe the offer and it writes the copy, designs the page in your brand, generates the images, and builds lead quizzes and checkout pages. Want a change? Ask in chat and it edits just that part.

An AI Strategy agent for what happens next. It does competitor research, works on your offer and positioning, and runs a CRO audit of a live page on desktop and mobile. You get a prioritized report. On the Marketer and Agency plans, the AI Builder can apply the fixes or turn them into a split test.
Speed and mobile. Your page is optimized on publish and served from a global CDN. Smart Pages give phone visitors an app-like version they can swipe through.
No usage billing. Extra traffic is $5 per 5,000 visits, and that's printed on the pricing page. There's no per-email charge and no list of per-sub-account add-ons.
Swipe Pages doesn't do courses, memberships or a CRM. If you sell a course and want it hosted in the same tool, look at Systeme.io or stay on ClickFunnels.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Visitors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | $39/mo | $29/mo | 20,000 |
| Marketer | $89/mo | $69/mo | 50,000 |
| Agency | $199/mo | $149/mo | 500,000 |
| Pros | Cons | |
|---|---|---|
| Checkout with three gateways on every plan | No course or membership hosting | |
| AI Builder plus CRO audits of live pages | A/B testing starts on the Marketer plan | |
| Mobile-optimized pages and app-like Smart Pages | Visitor allowance by plan | |
| 14-day trial with no credit card |
Ratings: G2 4.8, Capterra 4.9. Full details are on the Swipe Pages pricing page.

If you run an agency, HighLevel is probably the alternative you've already looked at. It adds the things an agency sells: client sub-accounts, a CRM, calls and SMS, and reselling the whole platform under your own brand.
Starter is $97 a month, Unlimited is $297 and Agency Pro is $497. Billed annually, that's $970, $2,970 and $4,970. Starter caps you at 3 sub-accounts and there's no add-on to buy more, so your fourth client puts you on the $297 plan.

You'll pay more than the subscription. SMS, calls, email, AI features, premium workflow actions, WordPress hosting and the white label app are all billed on top, and most of them per sub-account. The AI Employee tier is $50 or $97 per sub-account a month, a branded client portal is $49, SEO tooling is $79, HIPAA compliance is $297, and a white label mobile app is $497. On Agency Pro you can resell most of it with your own markup.
Reviewers keep raising the same two problems. Support is the top complaint. It came up in 41 of the 96 critical 2026 reviews we read, and a phone or messaging outage hurts because your clients lose calls. The other is complexity: 9 of 16 recent G2 reviews call it clunky or hard to set up, some of them five-star.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Client sub-accounts, CRM, SMS and calls in one platform | Usage fees stack per sub-account |
| White label and resale on higher plans | Support is the top complaint in recent reviews |
| Unlimited contacts and users on every plan | Starter caps you at 3 sub-accounts, and it is complex to set up |

Systeme.io is the closest thing to a free ClickFunnels. You get funnels, email, courses, webinars and an affiliate program in one account, and the free plan lets you publish real pages.
Free includes 3 funnels and 2,000 contacts. Startup is $17 a month with 5,000 contacts, Webinar is $47 with 10,000, and Unlimited is $97, the same price as ClickFunnels' entry plan with far fewer caps.
What you give up is polish and depth. The editor is simple, there's no AI page generation listed on its pricing page, and the analytics are basic. If you're a creator selling your first course, you probably won't miss it.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| A free plan you can actually use | Contact limits below the $97 plan |
| Funnels, email, courses and affiliates included | No AI page builder listed, and a simple editor |

If you want pages and a simple checkout without a whole funnel platform, Leadpages is the lighter option. It was rebuilt around AI page creation, and the new version reached customers in 2026. You describe a page or paste a URL, and it drafts a branded version you edit by asking for changes.
Its pricing page shows $50, $100 and $200 a month, but its FAQ and help center say $99, $199 and $399, so check the price at checkout. Every plan includes unlimited pages, unlimited traffic with no overage, A/B testing and Stripe checkout with subscriptions and payment plans.
It isn't a funnel builder, though. There are no courses, no memberships and no multi-step post-purchase upsells. Billing is the biggest theme in its recent reviews, and it has a 2.2 Trustpilot score from 441 reviews.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| AI page creation and A/B testing on every plan | No courses or memberships |
| Unlimited traffic with no overage | 7-day trial needs a card, and billing complaints lead recent reviews |
There's more in our Leadpages review.

Kit, formerly ConvertKit, comes at the same job from the email side. Your list is the business, and the pages, forms and digital product sales all hang off it.
The free plan covers up to 10,000 subscribers with unlimited landing pages and forms, the most generous free plan here. Creator is $39 a month, or $33 billed annually, and Pro is $79, or $66, at 1,000 subscribers. Both paid plans include Kit MCP, which lets an AI assistant work inside your account.
If email is the main thing you're paying ClickFunnels for, this is the swap that saves you the most. If your funnels run on order bumps, upsell paths and a course, Kit won't replace them.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Free up to 10,000 subscribers | Landing pages are simple, built for signups |
| Strong automation, and digital product sales | Pricing rises with subscribers |
GetResponse bundles email marketing, landing pages, webinars and simple funnels. That covers much of what most people use ClickFunnels for, at a fraction of the entry price.
Starter is $19 a month at 1,000 contacts, Marketer is $59 and Creator is $69, and the price goes up as your list grows. Landing pages start on Starter and funnels start on Marketer. You get a 14-day trial with no card. For AI, you get email and subject line writing, and a landing page creator that works from a short questionnaire.
Webinars are what set it apart. You host them in the same tool that sends the invitations, so if you're a coach or consultant, that's one less subscription.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Email, webinars, pages and funnels in one tool | Funnels need the $59 plan |
| 14-day trial with no card | Costs grow with your contact list |
Convertri is a funnel builder with its own accelerated page technology, and it's the only tool here that charges by impressions instead of visitors.
Convert is $99 a month with 100 pages, 5 custom domains, 250,000 impressions and 1 team member, and there's no cart, memberships or dynamic text. Scale is $199 with unlimited pages, 10 domains, 500,000 impressions, 10 team members, and it adds the cart, video hosting, memberships and dynamic text. Maximize is $299 with unlimited impressions, unlimited team members and 25 sub-accounts. Annual billing doubles the limits, and overage runs $30 per 250,000 impressions with no hard cut-off.
If another tool has ever locked your account for going over a limit, that last part matters. On Convertri, going over costs you money and your pages stay up.
The editor is fast. The AI tooling looks dated next to what Leadpages or Swipe Pages offer now.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Cart, memberships and sub-accounts on higher plans | Cart needs the $199 plan |
| Overage is a fee, not a shutdown | Its AI features lag the newer builders |

If you already run WordPress, OptimizePress puts landing pages, funnels, checkouts and courses on your own site, and you pay yearly instead of monthly.
Launch is $129 a year for 1 site, Scale is $199 for 5 sites, and Elevate is $249 for 25 sites, and client sites count. There's no free trial, but there's a 14-day money-back guarantee. We couldn't find any AI features on its site.
If you're an agency hosting client WordPress sites, $249 a year across 25 sites is a very different cost from $97 a month on a platform. The catch is maintenance. Hosting, speed, security and updates are all your job.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Checkouts and courses inside WordPress | No AI features found |
| Yearly pricing per site, including client sites | You handle hosting, speed and updates |

If your funnel is really one page and an ad budget, a dedicated landing page platform fits better than a funnel suite. Unbounce has the most flexible editor in this group, plus popups and sticky bars.
Starter is $29 a month for 5 pages and 500 visitors, Build is $99, Experiment is $149 and adds A/B testing, and Optimize is $249 with Smart Traffic, which routes visitors between variants. Extra traffic costs $80 per 10,000 visits, and there's no checkout, so you'll still need another tool to sell.
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| A flexible canvas, popups and sticky bars | No checkout, and no courses |
| 14-day trial with no card | A/B testing starts at $149/mo, and traffic costs $80 per 10,000 |
| ClickFunnels | Swipe Pages | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $97/mo, or $81 annually | $39/mo, or $29 annually |
| Team members on entry | 2 | Included from Marketer |
| Email sending | $0.675 per 1,000 emails | Use your own email tool |
| Checkout | Included | Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay on every plan |
| AI | AI Funnel Builder | AI Builder for pages, quizzes and checkouts, plus CRO audits of live pages |
| Mobile | Responsive pages | Mobile-optimized, plus app-like Smart Pages |
| Courses and memberships | Included | Not offered |
| CRM | Included | Not offered |
| Ratings | G2 4.6, Capterra 4.5 | G2 4.8, Capterra 4.9 |
Here's how we'd split it. ClickFunnels is the better buy if you sell courses, coaching or memberships and want one login for all of it. Swipe Pages is the better buy if your money comes from ads, the page has to be fast on a phone, and you want AI improving it after launch.
The real monthly total, not the plan price. Email sends, SMS, AI features and per-sub-account add-ons are where funnel platforms make their margin. Write down what you'll use and price it out before you sign up.
Whether you need the course platform. A lot of people stay on ClickFunnels for it and never set a course up. Check whether you'd actually use it.
Checkout and gateways. Is it Stripe only, or PayPal and local options too? And do order bumps and upsells cost extra?
What the AI does. Most tools can draft a funnel now. Very few can look at a live page and tell you how to improve it.
Mobile performance, if you're paying for traffic. A slow page loses paid clicks before it even loads.
Client structure, if you're an agency. Look at sub-accounts, white label, and what each one costs you per month.
Export your contacts and order data before you cancel anything.
List what you actually use. Pages, checkout, email, courses, CRM. Most accounts only use two or three of those.
Rebuild the pages that make money first. An AI builder can draft a page from a URL, so start with your top funnel steps.
Move checkout carefully. Recreate your products, prices, order bumps and upsells, then run a live test transaction.
Migrate courses separately if you have them, to a course platform or to Systeme.io.
Point domains and redirect old URLs so your ads and emails keep working.
Rebuild automations and tracking, then run one real order end to end.
Cancel before the renewal date, and keep the confirmation email.
If you run paid ads, the page and the checkout are what you're really buying. Swipe Pages covers both from $39 a month, with fast mobile pages and AI audits.
If you're an agency selling marketing services, HighLevel gives you client accounts and a CRM. Just budget for the usage fees.
If you're starting out with no budget, Systeme.io is free and has enough to sell your first course.
If email is the engine, Kit or GetResponse will replace more of your stack than a funnel builder would.
If you want simple pages with Stripe, Leadpages is lighter and cheaper than ClickFunnels.
If you own a WordPress site, OptimizePress keeps your funnels, checkouts and courses on it for a yearly fee.
If you're running paid ads, it's Swipe Pages. Checkout is on every plan, the pages are built for mobile traffic, and the AI both builds and audits them. If you're an agency that needs a CRM and client sub-accounts, HighLevel. If you're a creator with no budget, Systeme.io.
Yes. Systeme.io has a free plan with 3 funnels, email and a course, and Kit is free up to 10,000 subscribers with unlimited landing pages. Both start charging as you grow.
Systeme.io at $17 a month once you outgrow its free plan, or OptimizePress at $129 a year if you already run WordPress. Among tools built for paid traffic, Swipe Pages starts at $29 a month billed annually with checkout included.
Yes. OptimizePress adds landing pages, funnels, checkouts and courses to a WordPress site for $129 to $249 a year. You'll handle hosting, speed and updates yourself.
HighLevel if you want a CRM, client sub-accounts and white label, but usage fees stack per sub-account. Swipe Pages if your work is landing pages and campaigns. Its Agency plan is $199 a month with unlimited client sub-accounts and no domain cap.
It can host one, but a funnel platform is a heavy way to run a website. Most teams keep their site on WordPress, Webflow or a site builder, and use a landing page tool for campaigns.
Swipe Pages includes Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay on every plan. Systeme.io, HighLevel, Kit and OptimizePress build checkout into their platforms. Leadpages gives you Stripe. Unbounce doesn't have checkout at all.
Launch is $97 a month, or $81 billed annually, Scale is $197, Optimize is $297, and Dominate is $5,997 a year. Email sending is charged on top at $0.675 per 1,000 emails.
